• 4 mahi mahi fillets
Basil Butter:
• 8 oz. Butter
• 1/2 cup Basil (chopped-fresh)
Marinade:
• 1 Cup Olive Oil
• 1/4 Tsp. Ground White Pepper
• 1/4 Tsp. Salt
• 1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder
• Juice from 1 Lemon
Marinate your mahi mahi for one hour at room temperature in the following ingredients: Olive Oil, White Pepper, Salt, Garlic Powder, & Lemon juice. Grill your marinated mahi mahi for 4-5 minutes on each side. Prepare some Basil Butter to serve with your mahi mahi: Butter & 1/2 cup basil. Using a food processor cream the butter with the basil put in a dish and serve with mahi mahi.
