1 lb. frozen ground turkey
1 can vegetable soup (the kind you add water to)
instant rice
water
Thaw ground turkey (can use microwave defrost setting).
Crumble turkey in large saucepan and brown over medium to high heat. Stir as needed to break up clumps. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add vegetable soup.
Add a canful of instant rice.
Add two canfuls of water.
Reduce heat and simmer until most of the liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
