Mango Daiquiri


Ingredient List:

1 Cup Mango Puree
3 Ounces Rum
2 Ounces of simple syrup
2 Ounces Lime Juice
Ice.

Preparation Instructions:

We have a large Mango tree in our yard. Every other year it starts dumping bushels of Mangos over a period starting mid May through late August. (Would someone who knows more about this tell me why it doesn’t do this every year?) Anyway, we gather them up and make cocktails out of them. Blend in blender with enough ice to bring volume to 24 ounces. Makes two cocktails. You can substitute 4 ounces of Sweet and Sour mix for the simple syrup and lime juice.
