Ingredient List:

2-3kg potatoes
2-3 large onions
500g-1kg bacon

Preparation Instructions:

peel and finely dice onions, cut bacon into small pieces and fry with the onions till cooked. peel and dice potatoes and put in a large pan and add onions and bacon. fill pan with enough water to nearly cover potatoes and simmer till potatoes are cooked and liquid has thickened. season with salt and pepper if needed and enjoy the taste of the highlands
