2 cans drained golden hominy
1 can drained white hominy
1 medium chopped fine onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup margarine
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
1 jar jalapeno cheez wiz
Coat a 13x9x2 in. Casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Sauté onion and garlic in margarine until tender. Mix all three cans of hominy, soup, onion mixture, and cheeze wiz in baking dish. Bake uncovered for one hour, until bubbly and brown on top. Let stand to thicken about 5 to 10 minutes before serving. **** do not add any liquid from hominy cans!! ****
