Obviously…..Mike’s insomnia does not leave me unaffected……. Shortly after his posting I was awake as well…. But that’s okay..He eventually was able to go back to sleep and I got up and started cleaning house….so we were both productive. Yes the house has been rearranged and we both like it so much better. It seems more spacious even though we’re still packed in like sardines. It’s a change, and change is good……”it’s all good. “ The nice thing is that now the weather has really cooled off and we were able to open all the windows and let a breeze blow though the house…..It’s fabulous. There is really nothing like Florida in the wintertime….that’s the whole reason anyone lives here. I’m so excited for Halloween now…I just hope it doesn’t rain again like last year. We’re hoping to take pictures of the house and trick-or-treaters for the web site. School is going really well so far….I’ve only been in school two weeks but it’s really fun. I’m in my chocolate quarter. The first week we made seven different types of truffles, and a box made of chocolate to serve them in. Then last week we made filled candies and another chocolate show piece which was a chocolate champagne bottle….. I always take pictures so hopefully I can get some posted soon. I’ve made a few more entries into the cookbook…..So give it a looksee when you have the chance. Well I’d better run…if I post everything I have to say now…..there wont be anything left for next time.
