Here is your chance to be a part of our 'Family and Friends' cookbook.  Submit your treasured family recipe or any recipe you'd like to share.  Your recipe will become part of the cookbook for others to view online.  When you're ready, fill out the form below to submit your recipe.  You will have the opportunity to preview your finished recipe before it gets added to the cookbook.  If you are under the age of 13, please ask your parents before posting.

First, tell us who you are.  We'll put your name and email address next to your recipe so people will know who to ask if they have questions.

Enter a title which will appear when users browse the recipe index.

Select all the appropriate categories for your recipe.  If your recipe falls into more than one category, place checkmarks next to all appropriate items.

Now you'll want to list your ingredients.  Simply place each ingredient on its own line.  After you type an ingredient, press the 'Enter' key on your keyboard to move to the start of the next line.  When you're done with ingredients, move on to the preparation instructions.

Now you'll need to type in the preparation instructions.  Don't press 'Enter' at the end of each line.  The text will automatically 'wrap around' when it reaches the end of the text box.  Press 'Enter' twice if you want to start a new paragraph.  When you're done, you can preview your finished recipe below.

You're almost done.  Click the "Preview" button below to see how your recipe will appear in our cookbook.  Since we don't have a spell checker, you might copy and paste the whole recipe into your word processor for spell checking.  When you're done looking at the preview, click your browser's "back" button to return to this page.  If you need to make changes, you can.  If you're ready to post then you can move on to the final step.

This is it!  Once you click this button you're recipe will be added to the cookbook and placed in the categories you've chosen..
