1 ½ cups ripe mashed bananas (6-8 bananas)
250 g unsalted butter (melted)
1 cup of walnuts (chopped)
2 eggs (beaten)
2 table spoons of vanilla sugar (32g)
3 teaspoons of baking soda
1 cup of soft brown sugar
2 pinches of salt
3 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
½ teaspoon of nutmeg
Stir everything together and place in 2 medium size buttered tins.
Bake in 140 degrees Celsius (248 Fahrenheit) for about an hour.
Leave to cool down before serving.
