4-1/4 cups water
1 cup celery\raw, diced
1 cup onions\raw, diced
6 chicken bouillon cubes
1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cans cream of celery soup
2 lbs. Velveeta Cheese, cubed
.Bring water to a boil in a large stockpot. 2.Add celery, onion and bouillon cubes. 3.Simmer 20 minutes. 4.Add mixed vegetables, hash browns, cream of celery soup and cheese. 5.Cook and stir until cheese is melted.
