SPICY PINEAPPLE SALSA:

Ingredient List:

1 (15 1/4-ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 medium cucumber, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 green onions, sliced
1 jalapeņo pepper, seeded and minced
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon lite soy sauce

Preparation Instructions:

COMBINE all ingredients; cover and chill. Makes 4 cups.
