Crab Tartlet


Ingredient List:

5oz. can crab
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
3 green onions, thinly sliced
3 eggs
11/2 cups table cream
2 tbsp. cream sherry
dash Tabasco sauce
pinch of pepper

Preparation Instructions:

Drain crab and flake with a fork. Stir in cheese and onion. Spoon into tart shells to about 1/4 inch from top. Whip eggs, cream, Tabasco, sherry and pepper. Careully pour over crab mixture. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Makes 36 small tarts. May be frozen. I've also baked this in a 9" tart pan...either way it's really good!
