2 1/2 - 3 lbs of chicken parts
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix-dry
1 T. minced garlic
Combine cranberry sauce, soup mix, and garlic in a large Ziploc bag. Mix well. Add chicken and coat well. Place chicken in greased baking dish and top with remaining sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees till chicken is done, approx 1-2 hours. Serve with instant garlic mashed potatoes.
For you Weight Watchers fans, the entire amount of the sauce is 2 points. Then add points for your chicken.
After my husband tried this recipe, he went to the grocery store the next day and brought home a case of cranberry sauce "just in case" I wanted to make it again!!!
