1 large round loaf rye bread
1 16 oz pkg. thawed frozen chopped spinach
1 16 0z carton sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg. dry ranch dressing
assorted veggies, crackers, etc.
Cut the top out of the loaf of bread to form a deep bowl. Set bowl aside cut up remaining scraps of bread taken from the loaf. Set aside.
Mix drained spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise and ranch dressing together in a large bowl. Spoon in to bread bowl.
Arrange on a platter with fresh vegetables (such as carrot sticks, celery, green onions, peppers, etc.), crackers and chopped up bread pieces. Serve cold.
