1 can 15 oz rinsed and drained kidney beans
1 can 15 oz rinsed and drained black beans
1 can 15 oz rinsed and drained garbonzo beans
2 ribs sliced celery
1 medium diced red onion
1 medium diced tomato
1 cup thawed frozen corn
3/4 cup thick & chunkey salsa
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lime juice
1 1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
In a bowl, combine beans, celery, onion, tomato caned corn. In a small bowl combine next six ingredients; mix well. Pour over bean mixture and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least two hours.
