12 Oz Ground Spicy Breakfast Sausage
1 Chopped Onion
8 Large Eggs
2 1/2 Cups Milk
2 Tsp Dry Mustard
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/8 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Cup Shredded Montery Jack Cheese
1 Cup Shredded Chedar Cheese
7 Slices Trimed And Cubed White Bread
Butter a 13x9x2 inch glass baking dish. Cook both sausages and onion in a heavy large skillet over medium heat until sausage is cooked through, breaking up sausage up with a fork, about 8 minutes. Drain off all drippings. Beat eggs milk and dry mustard, salt and pepper in large bowl to blend. Combine Monterey jack and cheddar cheeses in a medium bowl. Place bread cubes in bottom of prepared dish. Spoon sausage over. Sprinkle cheese mixture over sausage. Pour egg mixture over all. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Uncover dish and bake until casserole is set and bubbling. About 30 minutes.
